Not professional assors

My rims n tyres were ****** on the 18/11 I opened a case same day and contacted Santam. I put a claim n was asked to get quotes and send pictures. Which I did n sent it threw same day. I was always was calling for a update which Santam says it's going to be going for payment department. By Monday morning I noticed the shields of the vehicle was bending I called Santam n told them they told get a quote for it asap I called vw got the quote I sent it to santam. Then I was calling all the time so was my wife cos the vehicle are sitting on bricks and I'm scared that more damage can happen the shields started bending the disks r exposed to the harsh weather we are having what if that bricks slip the vehicle can come threw my bedroom window.And we don't have a vehicle to go to the shop to buy bread. Then on Thursday I called n was told by Santam that assors will be coming out and the name of the assessors are Algee auto n was given their no. I called Algee auto and was told that they could come same day and I was happy cos the vehicle could finally be sorted out. When the assor came threw I was at work but my wife was at home and she spoke to the assor by the name of Lenerd from Algee auto. He came and was taking picture of the vehicle n the damage. Then he request the quotes from vw for the Tyre rims and damage to the shield that I sent to Santam my wife WhatsApp him same time while he was standing there he said Santam haven't sent them all. He worked out everything and told my wife this claim is over 40 000. We didn't even work out anything we was so distraught of what happened. Then he told my wife he can start the job Sametime. My wife called me n I spoke to him and not to start the job and that I wanted to take the vehicle to place of my choice. He told he was going to complete all assessments by end of the day n get back to us, which was not done. I called Santam that was yesterday Friday n was told by the name of Syanda the consultant of claims department that they r waiting for a report from Algee auto. I called Algee motors so did my wife and was told by Lenerd that we we r calling he was working with it that was around 10. I didn't get any reply by 12 I called siyanda she told its out of their hands an if I need to contact Algee auto. I TOLD WE R INSURED WITH SANTAM NOT ALGEE AUTO WHY MUST I CONTACT ALGEE WE PAY PREMIUM TO SANTAM. SHE TOLD SHE DON'T HAVE ANY MORE INFORMATION TO GIVE ME. MY WIFE CALLED ALGEE AUTO LENERD N HE TOLD HER HE IS WORKING WITH IT N THEY GET A DISCOUNT FROM VW. N WILL DEFINITELY GET BACK TO HER. SHE NIETHER DID I DIDN'T GET ANY FEED BACK. MY WIFE CALLED SANTAM AGAIN AROUNT 4 SANTAM TRIED CONTACTING ALGEE AUTO LENERD THEY COULDN'T GET THREW. N WAS TOLD BY SIYANDA WAIT TILL MONDAY. WE FEEL THAT'S UNACCEPTABLE BECAUSE THEY APPOINTED ALGEE AUTO AND LENERD NOT DOING HIS JOB HE IS DRAGGING HIS LEG. MY QUESTION IS WHY? HE WAS GOING TO START WORKING ON THE CAR SAMETIME SAME DAY WITH VW QUOTE WITHOUT GIVING HIS REPORT TO SANTAM. NOW IT'S SO LONG. NOW I'M TO WAIT FOR LENERD TO GIVE HIS REPORT IF DECIDES HE WANTS TO GIVE IT TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY I'M TO WAIT WHILE MY VEHICLE SITS ON BRICKS EXPOSED TO THE BAD WEATHER WE HAVING N AND ALL THE INCONVENIENCE OF EVEN BUYING A LOAF OF BREAD. Santam is using unprofessional assors ex ALGEE AUTO that's giving Santam insurance A BAD REVIEW. CAN SOMEONE FROM CLAIMS HEAD MANAGEMENT CALL ME IN REGARD WITH THIS CLAIM.
