Hi. I had a accident last year and car rental was arranged. You pointed me to Europe Car and you took my car to a repair shop of your choice. The repair took longer than the car rental by a day or 2 and now Europe car is on my case. I refuse to pay this R500 as i believe the insurance company can settle this. It's not my fault if the process took longer then it should.
