not paying for their clients negligence

claim nr--***--last year on the 29-09-16 my wife was driving on the n12 highway next to eldorado--park when their clients trucks transporting bricks suddenly swerved and the bricks fell of the truck right onto my car damaging my front bumper and right hand side mirror,the driver of the truck said he swerved for potholes int he road thats why the bricks fell onto my truck,the accident was reported on the same day,the case number is ar-72-09-2015,the drivers employees is maliks paint and hardware in chamdor the drivers name is godfrey his id nr--***,the phone number is ***,this has dragging on for far to long now,the guys name at santam is godfrey mzangwe from their legal department,who said the accident was caused because of potholes i have use this highway daily to and from work for the last 20years and have never encountered potholes on the n12 next to eldorado--park on my way to work.i am asking this guy at santam mongamele mzangwe did he perhaps investigate this part of the road i shudder to think that samtam are employing such *********** people to handle their claims,i am not taking this lying down because my car never fell on the truck,
