Not happy with selected provider

My experience with Santam processing my claim is always quick and easy, however they need to check the panel beaters. My claim was approved over a week ago and the panel beater has not booked my car in when I follow up the lady has attitude and can not even tell me when I can expect them to book in my car. When I checked the reviews most people are complaining about their customer service and bad work done on the cars, not sure why this provider is on Santam's preferred list when they have so many bad reviews
