NOT Happy with Santam at all !

Santam are a nightmare to deal with when putting in a third party claim!

I got driven into my someone (from behind), so i am NOT at fault, but i had to mission around to get 2 quotes.

After providing these quotes and all documentation.. Santam now want to pay me less than HALF of the CHEAPEST quote!!!

How does this even make sense ????

So i must pay for this lady driving into me??

I would never ever ever recommend Santam to anyone, as they are not handling this matter with any professionalism.

How must i get a bumper and a tow bar repaired for R11k? How?

and the guilty party just says, "that's why i have insurance" and holds his hands up
