Not good and proper at all!

One month later, i receive a letter stating that after careful consideration, you have decided to cancel my policy. Your agent recorded the incorrect banking details and you debited the wrong account, costing me money and leading you to cancel the policy without even phoning me. T]his is not service or insurance good and proper! Fail.
