not fair

third party claim that the opposite party is insured with santam and they have told me to deal with there insurance ie santam on a accident that was caused. santam rejected the claim but on marit but i don't understand how they came to a conclusion when the driver of there client was guilty that's why he refused to exchange his details and as far as i know not even reported the accident. i have told them so many reason but they rejected the claim even thought i have provided them with witness as well that i was not at fault. funny enough they don't even have pics from there clients and made assumption that i was at fault even after explaining the the pics i sent them is after the collusion, they just trying to save themselves money because the trucking company that was involved said they pay a premium every month so they must handle the case so i think that they saving themselves money.
