NOT COVERED BY HOUSEHOLD POLICY NONSENSE

Good Day

My name is Belinda Antoinette Fourie and am I one of your customers Policy Number ***.

I am really annoyed by the fact that we pay Insurance and now that we asking for help now it is not covered and do not fall under household policies.

Now let me tell you a mouse/rat came into our house, we did not know and when we got to our bedroom we saw there were sponge next to our queen size bed, and after looking into it we saw that a rat/mouse made a nest and please bear in mind we pull our beds away once a week to clean. The mattress and base is damaged and the mouse or rat is still in there and can not seem to find a way to get it out.

I think that you are a brilliant Insurance Company, but really we did not invite the mouse or rat into our home. As funny as it sounds its not funny.

We would appreciate it, if you can consider this as a claim.
