She gave me comprehensive details Re insurance and updated me Re easy access to review claims made and progress. What is offered on the app vs what will require me to use my laptop/ PC. She explained everything in detail, extremely patient and simultaneously answered my question re my car that was already part of Santam insurance. Extremely happy and impressed with my service I received today and it made me feel reassured with my choice to move from Discovery to Santam.
