Nontlahla Baba

A huge thank you to Nontlahla Baba for the excellent and proffesional service provided today. I have been with Santam for just over 9 years now and have had some good and bad experiences with the call center however between Nontlahla Baba and Akhona Gushu you cant get beter client service. These two ladies are extremely proffessional and know the ins and outs of the business. They definately need to be aknowledged as they add a very big value to Santam. Keep it up ladies you make dealing with insurance queries and complaints an absolute breeze.
