Most outstanding of Nontlahla was her profound friendliness , empathy and assistance.Needless to mention her infectious smile and open for the entire 40 minutes she has helped me.She is indeed a fine asset and a fantastic role model to Santam.My sincere thanks once again Nontlahla.May God always bless and protect you.
