To whom it may concern, I want to extend a word gratitude towards Nontando Nkosi in the Santam Short-term Insurance Client Service Call centre. I have spoken with Nontando on many occasions when calling in for assistance and seriously, every single time when she assisted me she was friendly, courteous, very helpful, informative and most of all kind.
