Nonchalant Attitude

I don't want to type a long message I'm so frustrated. My car was involve in an accident and has been fixed but I can't get my car back from the panel beaters because Santam hasn't sent a quote to the panel beaters for the work and they still have-not sent me the money to pay for my car. last week Thursday they even said to the panel beaters I need to pay them and they will reimburse me back the money, I have never ever in my life experienced such attitude. and I'm paying insurance so that when accidents happen I don't need to worry about such huge amounts to pay.

My Claim handler is Nozinhle Mhlanga claim number ( ********** 01) and the Assessor who has been delaying and very nonchalant is Petrus Pretorius he has made this a very painful experience for me dealing with SANTAM.

The panel beaters are closing on Friday and by the way things are looking I wont even have my car back because of all this delay.
