Non disclosure/Harmful Business Practice

I have recently agreed to a 8 page quotation by Santam that contained certain t,s and c,s which was created on the 30/3/3026. There was no express mention of a 37 page policy document when I agreed to the 8 page quotation which incorporated certain t,s abd and c,s. After having agreed to the quotation on the 15/4/2026 I was sent a 37 page policy document which I was not made aware of and that I have not read or studied. So hence legally speaking one cannot be liable for a document which you have had no knowledge of or have not read. This constitutes non-disclosure, lack of transparency, harmful business practice and unconscionable conduct and that the National Consumer Tribunal may impose an administrative fine of R1,000 000 or ten percent if Santam,s annual turnover whichever is the greatest. To my knowledge Santam has purportedly not rep**** to several queries relating to the said quotation and that I have not received all the voice recordings as per my request. So anyone have had a similar experience with Santam, I will be willing to help escalate any complaints against Santam. My WhatsApp number is *** or you may email at ***.
