Nokwazi - absolutely useless

I need to make changes to my policy and have made multiple calls to santam. Spoke to fortunate who said Nokwazi was on lunch. Nokwazi did call me but the call cut and she never called back. I tried calling back but there was no answer. Spoke to Ndumi/Tumi another time and she said Nokwazi would call me. Nokwazi should be moved to your kitchen, she clearly does not care about retaining and helping clients. Can i please get some help on my policy and i do NOT want to deal with Nokwazi.
