no straight answer

i had an accident back and was told that Grant/Graham is my assessor, whom will be keeping me updated on matter which he never did. i had to be the one always calling to find out where is my car and what is going. while waiting for my car i requested for car hire because i had been paying for it. however that was the worst decision ever.<br> when getting the car hire from Europcar the inspected the car and told me where the damages were and gave me the vehicle, however the day the came to pick up the car they didnt give me anything to sign saying the vehicle still had those damages. i then later got an sms that i owe them . i called Santam advising them of this however Kim said she couldnt assist because thats between me and Europcar. when i took insurance i didnt take a separate policy with Europcar and Santam.<br> i lodged a complain with Europcar however to date no feedback. i want to cancel my policy with Santam due to the worst experience i have received from them for my very first accident.
