No Response from Santam & R500 Takealot Voucher Not Honored
I was contacted by Santam for an insurance quote comparison with the promise that if they couldn’t beat my current premium, I would receive a R500 Takealot voucher. After going through the quote process, their offer was more expensive than what I’m currently paying. The agent requested supporting documents, which I sent through immediately. That was over two weeks ago, and I have not heard back since. I’ve emailed multiple times requesting feedback or a callback, and to date, no one has responded. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional. If the offer was genuine, I expect it to be honored. If not, it’s misleading marketing. I hope this post prompts some accountability.
