No response at Claim stage for Travel insurance consultants
This review is for Travel Insurance Consultants. Owned by Santam Please do not use this company, they will give you a policy but when it comes to claiming stage when you need them you will get no service. I submitted a claim on the 6 May and till today I have not received any feedback. Only an auto-response or an email stating "We are still investigating your claim and will get back to you" This is unacceptable from a company like this that is owned by Santam a trusted insurer.
