No response after phone calls and emails

I sold my vehicle at the end of November 2015. I immediately gave instruction to my broker, Gerhard Cronje, to remove the vehicle from my insurance policy and send me an amended policy. I am still waiting for the amended policy and saw from my bank deductions that my Santam insurance policy is still the same amount, meaning that the vehicle was not take off my insurance policy. This means I am paying insurance for a vehicle I don't own anymore!!! This is totally unacceptable !!!
