No response after 6 emails
I received my renewal letter 22 May. Sent query same day to *** (per renewal letter) same day. Sent email again 27 May. Sent email to above address and *** 4 June (per website). Followed up 6 June. Followed up again 10 June. Again 13 June. Again today 26 June. I have not received one reply acknowledging my emails. I actually think the person monitoring these email addresses is dead. Please can you check up on these people and ask when I may expect a response?
