Claim *** : I did not accept your settlement offer and Ms. Singh advised me to contact the assessor, Mr. Neil Bonhomme, which I did (30 September 2015) and had no reply from him. Maybe he thought I will go away if he ignores me. Had very good feedback and Response from Ms. Rozannah Singh who was handling my claim, but she no longer does these claims and referred it on the 11 October 2015 to Mr. Andile Khumalo. Had no response or feedback from him either.<br> <br> While I might not be Santam's client in this matter, I am insured with you in other ways. I am appalled by the lack of customer service I received. <br>
