NO POLICY - NO PROOF - BUT MY MONEY IS TAKEN

I signed up over the phone with SANTAM. I told the gentlemen to send me documentation to prove I have insurance so I can cancel all the other insurance. This was in October !!

I have had NO correspondance - I dont even know what my policy number is.

Since October SANTAM has cost me over R3000 in insurance costs as I have not been able to prove to my other insurers that I have insurance. Dispite emails I have sent - I have to date not received any documentation - however - my bank is being debited every month!!

Please can someone get back to me as I cannot go on loosing money like this.
