No payment

Santam is the most useless insurer when it comes to ****** vehicle claims. Just this morning heard a radio ad from Santam claim they look fore reasons to pay claims. From my experience this is the biggest load of hogwash under the sun as they have been battling to approve my claim for the last 2 weeks this is after i was informed that my payment was being loaded as we speak only to receive an email requesting more information. delaying tactics like you cannot believe. lets see if they will actually bother to call me back.
