No news on Claims after month

I use to promote santam as being one of the best but these days i'm not so sure anymore. I submitted a claim more than a month ago and have not heard anything since then. Yet the payments still go through as per normal from my bank account. No communication whatsoever for more than a month. I'm so disgusted. How can you claim to best one of the best if this is the type of service i'm getting. I use to fight with other insurance companies warning me about you and now it looks like what they said is becoming a reality. Seriously it takes more than a month to sort out a minor claim. So does this mean for a major claim i will wait a year.
