No more Santam for me

I am very disappointed that they refused my claim. They don't do anything to satisfy me as a client. Wherever they can not pay. Two assessors, different reports, chose the one that suites them. Now I have to settle for damaged wooden floor not being repaired. I've been with them for 19 years and am thinking of canceling cos what if something happens to my car, and they also look for excuses not to pay.
