No help from Santam

Ive been with Santam for several years and have never made any claims. About a month ago, I was involved in a car accident resulting in my car being damaged. I then submitted my claim via the Santam app. After a few days, I had to contacted Santam and asked for feedback. I was told that I did not submit any claim. I told them that I submitted my claim via the Santam app...... this carried on over a few days, where I had to continuously submit my claim and then they saying they received no claim. The app is useless as it doesnt seem to reach the claims centre. The complaints department doesnt seem to exist and the claims department is non existant. Up until today, Ive not been successful in claiming from Santam to fix my vehicle. Subsequently, Ive cancelled my insurance from Santam. Im absolutely disgusted with Santam.
