No fulfillment of Santam's international insurance product.

Santam does not fulfill their insurance products for overseas travelling. During December 2025, I got sick in Mauritius and ended up with 2 days Doctors treatment. From the 3 of the 7 days, I was in bed. I submitted my claim first week in January. During February Santam requested prove of payment for my entire trip. I have requested feedback and still following up. After three months, no response from Santam. My recommendation is that if you a South African, travelling overseas, rather consider international insurance.
