NO FEEDBACK SANTAM

CAS-***-W7H0R0 reported, received standard reply that feedback will be provided in 3 business days. Obviously did not happen, and I had to contact them myself for feedback. Once again received the second most used automatic response, we're still investigating and will revert with feedback when there is any. I am beginning to understand why the service providers, EUROP ASSIST in my case, SANTAM deals with are so inefficient, the old addage birds of a feather flock together springs to mind. Needless to say, i'm still waiting for feedback after lodging my initial complaint on 19 Dec 23
