No feedback or response
I have summit my claim with all the documents and waited m 10 days for assessor to came back to me. <br> <br> I have sent emails and tried calling for last 2 days but nobody answers the phone. Know i sitting without a car because I cant fix it before the assessor is done with his investigation.

3 months later. so this was absolute useless. so the person behind me was rejected because she wasnt responsible so I had to claim against person at the back. so will long battle I found out she is also insured by Santam. Resubmit everything and want more information. according to approved santam approved panelbeater to fix cost 36000. mark value of car is 29000. I paid at the cheapest place the car for 19000. Santam want to pay out 10000.
so I have only one thing to do know
