No feedback or payment by Santam or Momentum

Good day I had a motor accident 1 Nov 2018. The panelbeaters could only start working on my car the first week in January 2019. Panelbeating was done by a Santam Accredited panelbeater. It was completed 28 Feb. I needed to make a co-payment of R2600. As I was not the guilty person, my insurance had to claim it back from Momentum. This case were known to the owner of the vehicle since 1 Nov 2018. Apparently Santam is waiting for Momentum to settle the claim. I do not get any feedback from Santam or Momentum.
