No feedback on third party claim

I am not getting any feedback on my third party claim from Santam. I have been begging, emailing and phoning Nazeem Jacobs and Clive Mashau for feedback but I still don't know if the claim is approved or not. My claim no is *** and my car needs to be repaired ASAP. I absolutely cannot believe how long this is taking! This incident was not even my fault but I have to be the one begging and phoning for answers.
