NO FEEDBACK ON 3rd Party Claim

In April 2015, one of the the policy holders vehicles made a u turn in a one way in Centurion and caused a collision. As a result our vehicle was written off. As we had no insurance on our vehicle my husband used for work purposes we try to claim through the responsible party's insurance. After the run around of obtaining quotes etc Rozannah said that the statement of events are different than described by the other driver. I requested their statement since 6/07/2015 without any success or contact from Rozannah after numerous emails as well as telephone calls and messages. I would like to have this RESOLVED!!! ASAP - I would like written feedback on this claim in order for me to take this further and finalize the matter. My husband is without an income since this accident and we can not obtain another vehicle and this due to someone else's negligence!!! AND POOR SERVICE FROM SANTAM !!!!
