No Feedback on 3rd Party Claim

<p>A 3rd Party claim was submitted to Santam. We are getting no feedback at all from them. No assessor has been sent to view the vehicle. When i queried the claim, the claims assessor advised that a final notice was send. Now if we are the 3rd Party and if the Policy Holder drove into us, why would they send a final notice and who was it send to. When i queried this, i got no feedback. It seems as if Santam is trying to find any excuse not to settle their claims. I have followed up numerous times and i just get no reply!</p> <p> </p>
