I received claim documents from Santam, which I completed and returned to them as per their instruction in July 2015. Since then I sent them several emails asking about the status. To date I haven't heard anything from them. Several emails to Rozannah Singh and Livhuwani Isele was sent. <br> <br> I just need them to settle the claim and to respond to me. ***
