No Feedback - AS USUSAL

No one at Santam knows how to diarise to give a client feedback, not even their senior managers!!!! I have to keep emailing asking for feedback and even then they do not reply...Save yourself the stress and headache and use another insurer....They have become USELESS!!! This is both House and Car - Pathetic service
