No feedback after complaint
I have submitted a report about my claim being repudiated by Santam as well as my dispute being seen off and my request for an Ex- Gratia payment. I was told that I will receive feedback before the 13th of January 2016. When I wanted to post a comment this morning to enquire about why I have not received feedback yet, I couldn't because it says that this contents is no longer available. Was my report removed from Hello Peter?
