I was involved in an accident caused by a santam client . <br> <br> I submitted all documents to santam . They told me to source 3 quotes . Which i did . Till this day nothing has happened . <br> <br> My vehicle has been off the road for almost a year now . What must i do . I mean i didnt cause the accident . Your client promised to liase with the insurance in order for the claim to be fast tracked . I am a student and the car is my mode of trying to become something in life . I am really saddened that santam cant finalise this case . All the times i call then its a different excuse . <br> <br> Really not impressed .
