NO EXCLUSIONS SUDDENLY THERE IS EXCLUSION

Its very disgusting for the service you are selling to people. when i make a phone call there were no exclusions. On the 14 Janurary 2018 its was i birthday i have burn my car port cover. on the side. i did have plans to fix it on the side and thats why didnt do a claim. last week there was a terrible wind that tear it apart and the side panel of the roof.

Now we hear its an exclusion the side panel of the roof. the carport cover was burn which it happen within 30 days. I cant see now that you appoint assesors to decline a claim without putting our needs and building first. Your consultant said there is no exclusions. WHY NOW.

im willing to take it to the ombudsman. DONT SELL YOUR INSURRANCE BUSINESS AND WHEN YOU CLAIM ITS DIFFERENT.
