No desire to get new business! Asking for a quote is like talking to the wall.
<p>Asking for a quote, after numerous call and promises of the quote will be emailed I have yet to receive a quote. After giving them all the needed info for the quote in a email on 7 November 2016. On calling the call center(9&10 November 2016) I was promised a call back from the person working on my request. I did receive a call, at with point I was asked when I would like the cover to start? I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A QUOTE!!!!!! At this point I really wonder if I should even consider a quote from you, if this is the sort of service you give on a quote I really would not like to go through a claim.</p> <p>This is really shocking Santam!</p>

Well I did receive a call from Santam, the quote i received was more than I what I am currently paying.
Stating the fact to the representative (I supp**** my current schedule to be able to compare apples with apples) I was again promised a call, once she spoke to her manager. Thus here we are again probably waiting for a call that will never come.........
