No customer service

I am trying to get Santam to recover costs from a parking lot accident in Gaborone.After 6 months now I fail to get any response in the matter despite speaking to the legal department.What is worse is that I have logged 2 complaints with Customer service (the first was never recoreded by them) and i keep getting told that legal department will contact me......I still wait patiently.I suppose the next step is to try get hold of the CEO to assist as Customer service and Legal are clearly not interested in the matter
