no customer servce, no refund for a client since 1996

Been a client since 1996. Contacted them today for the first time to review my policy and look at reducing premiums, their discounted amount was laughable, R50 discount, no claims ever paid. Buyele even had the audacity to say well we can cancel if you want us to when I said the premium was not affordable anymore. So much for retaining a loyal client.Requested them to contact me back at first and he said he couldn't,. Requested for a manger to contact me, guess what?! They would contact me within 24/48hrs.
