No claim letter

Some one bumped my car and I wanted to claim from his insurance and therefore needed a letter stating that I will not claim from my insurance. I communicated with my broker who inturn contacted santam and sent a email to simphiwe requesting assistance with the letter but to date I have not received the letter nor have I been contacted regarding the status update. This was on the 7th dec 2015 and to date I have not had any feedback. I called my broker to call them again and they did and sent them an email which I asked to be ccd on, and the mail was sent to santamclamimsupdate, simphiwe mtshali and estelle koekemoer to get help with the the letter and I still have not had any feedback.
