No care in quality of repairs done

Last year November I submitted a claim, the claim was approved and I was told that both tyres and rim on the left side would have to be replaced. My car recently started giving me problems and I took it to Audi since it was still under warranty, and Audi found the problem and would have been able to fix it under the warranty. But upon further investigation, it was found that the damage is from an accident, which was supposed to have been fixed when the tyres and rims where fixed. Can you explain a way forward, because I pay my premiums monthly with any problem and expect the same courtesy when it’s time for me to claim.
