No Call Back!!!!

On Monday 28 Sept 2020, my car broke down in Kempton park. I called and requested my vehicle to be towed to my place of residence in Roodepoort. I was advised that there would be an additional cost because the roadside assistance only covers me to the nearest dealership. It was late in the afternoon & I didn’t want to get into a debate with the agent so I agreed. She said I needed to pay R500-00. I agreed and they collected my car and I paid R500-00.

I received a call on Tuesday from you asking if all went well and I said yes, however I would like someone to explain to me how they got to R500. The guy transferred me to the correct dept where I spoke to Itumeleng. I asked him to give me the exact formular with the correct figures using my exact distance and show me how they got to R500 – he couldn’t do that and said the towing company would have that info. He asked if he could transfer me to his teamleader who would have more info. By now it was almost 16:30 and I was about to jump in my car and leave work, so I asked him if he could get the info that I wanted (which was the calculation) and to ask his teamleader to call me back the next day (Wednesday). He said no problem he would diarise to call me and will transfer me to his teamleader. Well it is now Friday and still no call!!!!!
