No Assistance to Speak of with Santam Insure

I am so disappointed by the lack of response and assistance I have received from Santam Insure.

I have spent the past few days emailing, asking for a quick quote thrice through the website and trying to get them to assist with a quote on car insurance as an existing Santam Insure client of two years to no avail.

I received one email in response last night asking for my ID and the car details and that was as far as it went, even after I responded with the necessary info.

I have gone through the same process with the other car insurance providers and they all got back to me immediately, either via email or callback service.

As an existing Santam client, I can't believe they are not more attentive and concerned about getting back to their customers.

Very, very disappointing... After this, I am now strongly considering moving my household insurance cover to a different provider simply because of this lack of assistance/feedback.
