No answer at Santam, still awaiting payment

<p>I was hit from behind by a bakkie end of June 2016. The claim was filed and all paperwork sent to Santam. The claim was accepted by them and on 15 August 2016 I received the acceptance letter with the amount to be paid out to me regarding the claim. I signed it and sent it back the same day. Now almost a month have gone by and I have yet to receive anything from Santam. After phoning about a week ago the person who worked with my claim said that I should phone a Lokash regarding the payment. I phoned the number she gave me for the last week without any success. The phone just rings or sometimes I just get a busy tone. So I decided to resort to Hellopeter for an answer. Passing the buck and not answering phones during normal business hours is really pathetic and poor service from Santam. I want this sorted now!</p>
