Nightmare Insurance

I had an car accident on the 12 January 2020. My car was delivered at a relevant body shop and assessment was done on 17th January 2020 then on 21 February was remove from the body shop because they were taking time with getting the parts. Since them it with 2nd body shop and finny enough they are also waiting for the parts.

My issues now was why the car was move to the new body shop if they don't also have parts? What if we have to wait for another month to get parts? I had to return courtesy vehicle cause it was supposed to be a month and now I have to Uber to work which is not financial feasible, Wasn't insurance supposed to assist as they are part of moving the vehicles around?

This is now a nightmare in my side as I thought I join the best insurance in the country . The only email I always get is from you is asking is why was I hit from the back??

Will I ever get the car back and if when??
