Nice Service From Nina Zembe
I am very happy with the service I received from Nina Zembe who is Direct Accident Desktop Assessor at Santam, the lady ever since I stated the process of my claim is available and updating me with all information and everything that I asked for she assisting me great and with effort.
I know I personal wrote her email to thank her but I feel like never done much to encourage her and I also referred my friend to take Santam and leave other insurance through her ever since started having insurance but never experienced such service from Insurance Companies either Funeral or Car.

08 May 2024, 09:49I will also like to add Sheryl Ngxangane who was also assisting me with Home Insurance and my claim was done with in 2-3 days as she told me, I claimed yesterday and today the money was in my account thank you very much.
