New insurance - still no resolution!!

<p>policy no: ********** 2222.</p> <p>I have requested assistance in resolving my issue with difference between quote and actual premium amount, missing information and to find out if my vehicle is actually insured or not. To date I have sent all the info in, no one has phoned me back, I have left 2 messages, still no response, I now recieve requests for the outstanding info to be resent??</p> <p>Seems to be a huge amnount of confusion at Santam over a such a small query.</p> <p>So I'll ask again.........Is my vechile insured? - Yes or No.</p> <p>Why did my premiums go up as apposed to the quote I was given - by almost 20%</p> <p>Is there still any outstanding information that you need from me?</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
