Never seen such bad service in my Life !
On the 11th of March 2015 my husbands business bakkie broke down due to the right front wheel that came of.. after phoning Santam for a tow truck they informed me that if cancelled my mechanical breakdown on the 18/7/2014 . Don't know how I would do such a thing. if asked for proof I went thru all my emails with Santam and coud not find any dokuments stating that... sent a complain again on the 19th of March 2015 after no response and still waiting... according to them on the 19 th they are still busy looking into it ...
